Artist History John has been singing in front of people since the age f 6 and started playing guitar at the age of 11. Influenced by such artists as Jimmy Buffett, Led Zepplin,The Beatles,Crosby Stills & Nash, James Taylor,Earth Wind & Fire,The Ohio Players and many many more,John's music has a touch of the old school as well as a hint of the new times. John has performed in many San Diego based bands throughout the years to include Side FX, Alliance,Rise or Fall, The Inside, and a short stint with the popular cover act known as Nemisis who is now known as Criminal Funk. John has opened shows for the likes of LA Guns, The Electric Love Hogs, Jailhouse, The Filty Rich Band, Alex Masi and more... John has had the opportunity to perform and work with some of the biggest names in the industry to include world reknown Bassist and Recording Engineer Josquin Despres,TC Mitchell, Doyle Grisham and Greg Fingers Taylor. John's current project The Fiesta Bros is a childhood dream that he shares with his brother Scott and has performed over 70 live shows since the acts inception in April of 2002, performing for Parrotheads and non Parrotheads alike. Rockwell is an accomplished Acoustic guitarist as well as a Bassist and Percussionist and has recently jumped into the world of digital home recording after years of playing around with a Tascam Porta One Studio.

On Nov. 23, 2002 John performed at Tia Juanas in Irvine, Ca taking the stage with his celebrated group The Fiesta Bros. right after the legendary Greg Fingers Taylor rocked the house and carried the momentum with many a parrothead favorite.
