Artist description INNERWAR Biography The concept for INNERWAR cam about in Denver Co. circa new years eve 2000, with the musical and conceptual efforts of accomplished & acclaimed ambient producer/hard edge sound experimentalist Adam Fritz, and gifted beat mixer and new school producer, Shawn Owen, the two producers found common musical goals & outlooks with a stong admiration for the DJ culture and hard edge hip hop infulenced tracks, particularly break beats and jungle. Sound and beat insiration for the production teams debut work seems to be somewhat rebellious to what most purists will consider "traditional Jungle". A desire and need to "breath some human emotion" into the lungs of the aforementioned jungle/break arrangments is indeed part of the game plan. The project moniker INNERWAR was realized shortly after the first live improvisations were taped as a draft/ outline for what eventually spawned into there debut CD "There Is No Time" (official release date 11-11-2001 delayed till march 20th 2002), on there own, Notone Records production lable.
