Artist description
You do not need a description. You need to use your eyes and ears. We're free for you at the moment. You can come and love us. Look here, www.geocities.com/coolerkings01. It's like another world. We live here. So can you.
Made up of Lasers Bonobo, Zodiac Monkey and Johnny Firesticks (Motor Shark recently left) the Cooler Kings are quite possibly the greatest arrogant fookers in the Western Midlands. Their totally unsubtle branch of catchy indie tunes and dirty words for the chorus have made them almost averagely popular. |

Press Reviews
Birmingham Evening Mail said we're brilliant as did rythym n booze fanzine. Uk Rocknet thought we were ok but a little oasis. That was two years ago now though. We've changed a bit. Math Priest who used to drum for Dodgy reviewed us in some national drummers magazine (Yeah, I know, who'd have guessed drummers knew how to read?). he was very positive. Almost worship. The best ones always come from women. Usually our mums, but we have had someone elses mum say she liked one of the songs... once... |
