Artist History Mad Audio Research is the brainchild of producer/composer Veldig Veldig and DJ Garnet Chrysanthemum. They started recording during the summer of 2001, and launched their MP3.com site in November, under the name "Alice & Bob". About a year later Veldig decided he'd had enough of that name, and Mad Audio Research was born. Chrysanthemum is currently pursuing a solo project in Europe, while Veldig is focusing on a more experimental side of electronica.
