    Press Reviews
Review by Crazy Dano of Sloppy abortion records---- 1. Bunnies From Hell: Having listened to this song before, I was ready for the onslaught about to penetrate my ears. A sonic flurry of screaming, drums, and guitar. It blends into each other to become the soundtrack to hell. And unlike a lot of the grindcore bands, this song doesn't max out at two minutes or less, this song has just reached it's apex at five minutes and still has another three or so minutes left to make sure their lesson is taught. The recording is rough edged and lo fi, so some metal purists might complain about not hearing crisper drums, but to those people, I say, scream for eight minutes as gut wrenchingly as Occisor Actum Catellus, the lead singer. There is a little too much silence after the song, that makes the time between this track and track too a little bit of a toe tapping wait. 2.LowFlyingHelicopterCastration - I have respect for any song that opens up with the theme from George of the Jungle, and that is what the first minute of this song is, but that's when the growling and the more bass oriented playing begins, without bursts of high distorted white noise climbing out of the wood work. And once you think you've got this song pinned down, the noise drops down a few levels and some really high 'real' singing, which is reminiscent of a castrated axel rose shines in, which, oddly enough, has to do with losing your testicles. And then the more high end playing comes back around between the singing and the growling. Adding a very unique blend of satire. Clocking in at over nine minutes, you once again feel yourself having to drag your brain out of the gutter it has just been kicked into by the time the song is over. 3. March of the Lemmings - starts off with a drum march, and the guitar starts off following suit. Then the sonic attack chirps in, you brace yourself for the next long ass ride, but the vocals and the louder white noise is left for more of the background, adding a strange climbing intensity to the song. This more haunting feel and the louder, higher end, noises being removed from the foreground might help to endear a few more than the other songs. The march sounding playing, while does become a jumble of noise now and again, never really leaves the basic theme of the song. Eleven minutes later, I could breathe again. 4. PopCulture (NecroGoatFuckStyle) - The opening is a parody of another song, I know this, because I was told this. I can't remember the band though, so it may not help you, doesn't matter, by the time you are a minute in, you are being knocked back and forth by this duels heavy playing. Don't know much more to add that hasn't already been said about the first three songs, it is some teeth kicking music, that doesn't remove you from the wolf pit till after seven minutes. 5. Shrieking Disembowelment - Not that long of a song, only around a minute. It is some fun with effects, adding for a more black metal feel then previous songs. Funny how the grindcore songs are all over five minutes, and the black metal song is no more than one.
