Artist History
Minxsie Friday was born in Amsterdam in 1978. She's worked internationally as a model, actress, poet, singer, and painter, and is fluent in six languages. She fronted the rock band The Gothigens in Holland from '96 to '97 and her oil paintings were the subject of exhibitions in Germany through the millenium. She most recently appeared in director BC Furtney's "a gentle form of murder" in 2001, and sings the film's title song. Minxsie currently lives and does performance art in New York City. |
