Artist History Artist History: I made my initial foray into playing music for people in 1988, when I started DJ'ing local parties. I also started working with remixes at that time, at an albeit simplistic level (just using a drum machine, effects processor, and tape deck with pitch-control). I arranged a number of dance remixes in 1989 that received positive response at the parties I played them at. I also composed my own tracks and also did cover versions of tracks live for certain events. Since then I have been on and off in the music scene, as far as development is concerned, because certain other things *cough* education *cough* kinda got in the way... but now I feel a resurgence and need to step back in.
