Artist History
Brand New Life consists of the guitarist John Moulton, the drummer Harry MacKenzie, and the bassist Jake Saad. All three of us came from different bands before this one. Our band practices in the basement of Jakes house. At first it was just john and I(Jake), we wrote our first song "first day of school." After that we decided to form a punk band. We first practiced with Robs'(a kid that john knew) band called "Stronger Case." After the first practice with them, we decided not to join their band but find a drummer and form our own. We looked for a long time until john knew a drummer from another town that wanted to join a punk band. When we first practiced with him, we decided he was realy good and wanted him to join our band. Next we started practicing alot. We made more and more songs. Now we just needed a band name. Jake got the idea "Brand New Life" from his cousin who is in the band "Pushing Palmer." Were getting better all the time. Soon we'll get a couple of our songs recorded and have our first demo out.
