Artist description
Leigh Silver
Originally hailing from Philadelphia, Leigh packed up her car and drove cross country to LA in pursuit of her rock and roll dreams.
Her first EP was completed in September of 2000, and included guest performances by such notables as Tommy Stinson (Replacements, Guns N' Roses); John Dolmayan (System of a Down); and Chris Vrenna (NIN).
By 2001, Leigh and her band, Bitter Things, began playing shows in the L.A. area, and have made frequent appearances at such clubs as the Dragonfly, the Gig, and the Troubador.
Her second EP, produced by Sean O'Dwyer (blink 182, sum 41, strife, fenix tx) and mixed by Julian Beeston has now been released, and features contributions by legendary songwriter/producer Kim Fowley, the band Lucky 7, and Bryce Martin (Damone).
