Artist description Crawling out of the gutter in your best party dress, you wipe the lipstick smeared across your chin. This is the soundtrack - *Biopop* - that dances into your ears and by the second chorus you're singing along. . .which is not to say they are predictable. *Biopop* defies boundaries with equal parts late 70's glam and 80's pop punk that, combined, creates something ferociously hook laden and wholly original. This Boston based quartet consists of: Pink: Vocal stylist and guitar trasher. He lays venues wasted and doesn't even smear his eyeliner. Shawn: He puts the POP! in *Biopop*. Rock solid and explosive. . . and that's just his drumming. Evan: Bass for your face. The boy has more bottom end than a line at Kentucky Fried Chicken. Eric: Sonic Destroyer, Wine Connoisseur. Together, the band members form a visual interrogative. Separately each member depicts a different realm of rock culture, but collectively they produce an optic bombast and aural blitz that kicks you in the head and makes you want to dance. So, what the fuck are you waiting for? Come on out, lift up your skirt and move your feet to the sound that is . . . *Biopop*.
