Originally, this band was orientated to Death-Metal; but trough time, their music begun to include elements from Jazz and Tango among others styles until the band reached the particular sound that characterizes it.

Artist History SION was born in the first months of 1995 in Rio Cuarto, Cordoba, Argentina; and ever since the band has been playing pretty much in different stages all across their country. At the beginning, their style was orientated to Death-Metal, but trough time, they begun to include elements from others forms of music such as jazz and tango in their songs. In the late 1999, a radical change in the band take place, changing its instrumentation as much as its style; finally morphing SION in a instrumental band. Actually, the musicians that gives form to SION are: Marcos Fernández (piano), Martín Fernández (bass), Leandro Ramallo (guitar) and Fernando Ferreyra (drums).
