Artist History
Formerly with Itsy Bitsy Spiders of Tucson, Arizona.
An alternative funk band that was around from 1992-1996.
They released one cd, self titled, which rocked.
Ozlo then started a project called
Ozlo B. w/ The Grooves. A group that mainly played
jazz standards but with a funk feel. As well as
other covers to keep 'em up and dancin' !
He moved to Houston, Texas in February of 1998
to join a already firmly based funk band there called
Global Village. The band released it's second studio
album with Ozlo titled "Sugar What?" during the winter
of 98-99. While there he picked up the acoustic guitar
and began to write some little ditties of his own.
And in October of 2000, Ozlo left Global Village
and Texas to return back to Tucson, Arizona. There
he has pursued his solo career both as a solo acoustic
artist and with full band as well. With the high caliber
of musicians Ozlo is able to pull together, the
show is always high energy, electrifying, and full
of surprises.
