Artist History N.B.D. has had many members from or around the Sacramento area, but Derrik Sakima and John Schmit are the original founders. After going through all 3 of the other members of local ska/punk band "Out of Line", they settled on the 4th member, Justin Line. Now, Justin Pine (former NRI) has taken vocals.
