    Press Reviews
www.listen.com says: "Cleopatra fans take note: Martyr Complex are a cruel display of aggressivebeats, sinister synths, bitter vocals, and filmsoundtrack samples. An aural page from the Psychopathia Sexualis." Review by B. Allan Ross, your host at www.usQueers.com "Martyr Complex's Electrostatic Kisses is energetic and hynotic. The riffs keep your upper body moving, the driving bass and drums keep your lower body moving, and your brains, guts and ticklish bits are sent churning by the rest of this multi-layered offering from the meaning of Goth between the coasts." SeanROX at RadioWIRED.com says "Cyber Industrial that rouses and as much as it rocks..."Legends Magazine (Goth Con 2000 Review)- "The room parties were so huge the hotel staff kept chasing everyone around trying to diffuse them. We had a room party contest and the winners were those crazy boys from Martyr Complex. They had a great liquor\music fest going but they topped it off with 'Show Your Tits To Voltaire' and 'Nipple Twisting Madness'. There were naked people in the hallway, I'm still not sure why....." From Caitlin at hitsession.com - "If I were looking for theme song music for next Halloween, this would be perfect. I think people would like this, if they were mainly into hip-hop and dance stuff...Goth...Gothic. I can picture these guys with dreads, white makeup, black clothes...." From Kendyll at hitsession.com- "It's a little too creepy...." Sanitary Refuse says "These guys kick ass!" GIMNet Radio says "instantly sets a darkwave lover's mood to just the right notch." The MP3.COM Industrial Countdown of 1999 ranked us at #3 and said "High power Industrial dance at it's finest." The Headache Club calls Martyr Complex "Very sinister. Has a very nice groove to it." The Forsaken Track had this to say about the single 'Pulse': "A "goth-friendly" industrial track with brooding keyboards, dirge-like beats and disembodied vocals. Think of gothier tracks by Mentallo & the Fixer and VAC." Industrial Pain Center says "Violate your ears BABY!" The DragonGuyver's Lair says "Heavy darkwave, driving synth. Look no further." PrGNet Radio says Judgment Day is "This is one eerie song. Give it a listen, I bet you'll like it." Ono Sendai Radio says 'Pulse' is "Ultimate doom. Hats off to these guys."
