    Hal Brolund is a blues troubadour from the heart of the Canadian prairies. His songwriting combines the stark beauty of the prairies with the ambiguities of the human heart, set against the backdrop of slide resonator guitar and soprano ukulele.

    Each performance showcases his strong earthy lyrics and unique bluesy tunes. He has been described as the bastard love child of Burton Cummings and John Fogerty. He draws equally from several genres of acoustic music to create a sound that is at once familiar and unique.
