Artist description
"One of the classiest country artists to break onto the scene in a long while.
Clark Reid is quintessential country and simultaneously contempory. If you want pure country blended with today's state of the art
musical and production techniques.. you've found it".
A GENUINE country "from the country" artist with genuine country music.

Press Reviews
Reviewer: Russ Down. Prime Time D.J. and assistant program director “88 Country FM” New Zealand's leading country radio station.
Date: January 1999
Clark Reid's debut album was, if nothing else, a surprise to me. It is rare, even in the ‘90s for a New Zealand entertainer to put together such a contemporary rendition of “pure country” music. While inherently country the album has still proved itself to be as “90’s” as anything on our play-lists, so much so I have included the entire album in a feature show and identified 6 singles to be placed in consecutive heavy rotation. 'Three Chain Road' is for me the strongest track on 'Give My Regards To Nashville' but having said that it is only just so in my opinion, the others are all very close behind and I doubt anyone will find a “weak” track here. There is familiarity and yet uniqueness in all that Clark Reid does. It’s a contagious combination. The production quality, writing quality and musicianship are awesome, the vocals range from sensitive to party going. It is a very complete album. If this album serves as a pre-cursor to the burgeoning career of Clark Reid he may well become the biggest name in New Zealand country music for a long long time.
