    Artist description
A hallucinagenic trip into the Abyss and beyond!!!Dark and light forces competing in every song.Aleister Crowley And many mystics that influenced magick and musick everywhere!Songs varying in topics with newer electronic soundscapes!Brain wave Frequencies, and Notes of Musick applied to the Qabalah!Absinthe is an alcoholic drink made with an extract from wormwood (Artemisia absinthium). It is an emerald green drink which is very bitter (due to the presence of absinthin) and is therefore traditionally poured over a perforated spoonful of sugar into a glass of water. The drink then turns into an opaque white as the essential oils precipitate out of the alcoholic solution. Absinthe was once popular among artists and writers and was used by Van Gogh, Baudelaire, Crowley and Verlaine, to name a few.

    Press Reviews
Absynth(To His Macabre Angel)'s songs delve into disparate musical territories, consistently using harsh synthetic sound.Through vocal samples and song titles, he portrays anti-Christian ideas based in the writings of Aleister Crowley.(Shockwave.com) Ritual electronics and dark ambient performed by Rev. Samekh. The more rhythmic pieces are not the sort of music I know much about, and thus I can't say much about them. I can say that the more ambient tracks work out well - instead of rich tonal colors typical of the modern version of the genre, we get simple loops, raw synthesizers and no warm, lush, spacious reverb. Although my ears don't handle electronic sounds well, I prefer cases such as this, which sound cold and artificial and do not try to cover it up. This reminds me of early 80s industrial, though it isn't noisy or aggressive as, say, early Neubauten. About all the beat-oriented tracks with antichristian samples I can only say that they also do not sound too modern, and that they neither bother me nor grate on my ears. But the remainder would make a quite good dark ambient EP.(Cold Zine)
