Artist History Troy is a long time musician, former frontman for "The Phantoms", looking to start a new band. He soon met met brothers JR Warren and Eddie Kidd, they soon formed the band Legal Limit. Looking for a bassist they met Jerry Snow, also a long time musican playing for "Ripchord and Badfinger" Legal Limit soon began to tour localy, north central Minnasota, and are now starting to make a good name for themselves. In 2000 Troy decided to orginize the first annual Park Rapids "Blues Fest", Which went over very well, with a mix of reigonal, local, and national acts. The second annual "Blues Fest" was held last summer(2001) also showing a very good turnout, Save for a little rain. At the second "Blues Fest" we unfortuntly lost Jerry as our bassist due to differences of opinion, However Troy met Lee Bone, The two soon became friends. So after Jerry left Lee filled in as bassist and has become a integral part of Legal Limit. We are now looking to possable reigonal status, with more original songs on there way and a second album soon. Jerry and the band have also settled there diferences and he is again performing with Legal Limit.
