Artist description A singer/songwriter/engineer/producer trying to balance his insane desire to play guitar for David Bowie with his insane desire to write music for videogames.

Artist History I'm a multi-instrumentalist. I began stringing sounds together on the family piano, figuring out one-note versions of movie theme songs and the like. In high school, after having studied (and largely given up on) the piano, saxophone, and drums, I finally discovered the guitar. Over the course of my University career, I built a performance resume that included hundreds of shows in cover bands, musical theatre, and original acts. After University, I was accepted into the "Music Industry Arts" program at Fanshawe College in London, where I spent three intense years learning about all the black magic that can be worked in the recording studio. I've had the opportunity to collaborate with several great musicians and songwriters, and in addition to working on my own material, examples of my performing, producing, and/or engineering can be heard on recent releases by Owen McLaughlin and The Elephant Band, with more to come.

Group Members Dave Miner - Guitar, bass, keyboards and sequencing, drums and percussion, vocals, engineering, producing, and sound design. I make a mean iced tea, too.

Instruments Electric and acoustic guitars, 5-string bass, keyboards, various electronic and organic percussion, and gobs of samples. It's all thrown together in Steinberg's Cubase VST/32 software and processed with some of the finest gizmos and plugins in the land.
