Artist History
Briar's career stretched from 1980 till 1992,
in this time four school friends Kevin Griffiths,
Dean Cook, Dave Fletcher & Darren Underwood went
from playing in a scholl band to being signed to
labels such as FM Records, A&M Records & Columbia
(Worldwide).
The boyz were managed by personnal manager George
Bond & later Professionally managed by the
likes of Jonathan King.
The band put out many 7/12" singles/EP's and
a number of albums.
The band were continually tipped for big success
but alas in 1992 after a number of line up
changes Briar officially split up. |
