Artist History
1994-1996. Doomed from the start, Perestroika suffered from too many chiefs and not enough indians. The music was mostly hardcore/punk. After the first few gigs, Mike & Bobby from the Thumbs volunteered to help the band by releasing a recording. Arduously, this record wouldn't be released until the last show, by which time Curtiss had already split. The last show was probably their favorite, the Fuses and the Thumbs played, a double-treat indeed.
The band was lucky enough to be included on the Sneezeguard Release "Dear Fred" Volume 2. The song, In My Defense, featured on the cd, is available here for download. |
