Artist description
Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Canada...Daniel(Eric) Wood or more widely know as DJ Maple in the club and raving scenes in North America is now residing in Washington DC, USA. Making his first debut club appearance at the respectable club, Beat Junkies in Toronto, Canada in 1998. After touring all over Northern America, Eric has decided to become stationary long enough to crank out an album. Plans on an album being released in 2002 are very apparent.
Combining traditional elements and melodies of trance, EDM, drum 'n bass, and breakbeats, while creating his own along the way, his unique fusion of styles is the most pure to hit the masses in a long time. Taking his listeners on an unforgetable journey through melodies, emotions, space and time... Tagging your emotions with each uplifting note, only to be turned in another direction when you least expect it.
