Blind Curve is a 4 piece based out of Long Island New York,
and has been playing the Tri-state area for past five years.
1999 Long Island Music Festival - Finalist
Of over 600 New York area bands to have submitted demo CDs and tapes,
Blind Curve was selected by an independent group of music industry judges along with a number of other bands to compete in the festival.
As a finalist, Blind Curve was required to perform and win three qualifying competitions, placing among the top 8 bands in the New York / Metropolitan area.

Artist History
Sennheiser Evolution World's Fair Band Contest, 2001
Based on the strength of its debut CD, Blind Curve was selected as a finalist in this
nationwide competition. Only 100 artists made the cut out of several thousand artists of all styles and genres who submitted their CD's for
review.
Featured on WGBB and WUSB radio, Long Island.

CHARITY EVENTS
BLIND CURVE was the sole organizer of the - 1998 D’Addario Festival to benefit the Make A Wish Foundation. This charity event was held at Dr. Shay's in Amityville, New York and was endorsed by: D'Addario Strings and Evans Drumheads
BLIND CURVE participated in the 11th Annual AIDS Walk Long Island.

MEET THE BAND:
Joe Lestrange - Lead Singer / Keyboards.
Al Aquino - Lead and Rhythm Guitar / Backing vocals.
Al has been playing acoustic and electric guitar for over 20 years and has played in a number of hard rock, rock, and blues bands. A member and co-writer with Blind Curve for over three years, Al’s eclectic writing and playing style reveals influences from guitar greats such as Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Eddie Van Halen and Jimmy Page.
John Zatwarnicki – Drums / Percussion.
Prior to forming Blind Curve, John was an Omni-Pop veteran, John has played in a multitude of venues throughout the Eastern United States with the popular Omni-Pop bands Head First and Metropolis. With over 16 years combined playing and teaching experience on drums and percussion, John is fluent in a multitude of playing styles. A few of John's influences are Led Zeppelin, Rush, Dream Theater and The Dixie Dreggs.
Eric Slone - Bass
Blind Curve’s newest member, has been playing and teaching both bass and guitar for over 11 years. Eric’s influences include bands such as Rush, Dream Theatre, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Led Zeppelin.
