Artist History Next State is a Swedish duo, producing music in the electronic genre. The group members are Kaveh Azizi, 16, and Calle Gudmundsson, 17. They met on the internet in 2001 and decided to make a tune together. The result was a melodic trance track called "L'amour Infinie". It reached the final in the swedish dance community "Dance Direct's" electronic music competition. In autumn 2001 Kaveh and Calle started in the same class at the Swedish correspondence to senior high school. Now they could produce even more music together. After a few month they opened their mp3.com-web page at http://www.mp3.com/nextstate and began uploading more and more songs. Calle and Kaveh produce mainly trance, inspired by pro-producers all around Europe, but they do not put any limits for their creativity. Therefor they have also done house, big beat/breakbeat and other genres. You should keep an eye on their web page, because there will certainly be better and better tunes there all the time!
