Artist History CIP was founded in 1997 by Bob Childers. The agency then was known for its local promotions on the independent markets in Houston Texas. In 2000 Bob signed on with Braincube Records to work with them with some promotions. After quite a bit of success the two companies merged thus becoming BCR/CIP. With the experiences good and bad under our belt, we have opened our doors to a wider variety of artists. Bob brought in several other promoters and marketing agencies to lend a hand in the promotions. Such deals have been struck with independent Comic Book companies, Multi-Media companies and Record labels to tie his network together. Now BCR/CIP is one of the TOP NMA's on mp3.com.
