Artist description
The music is diverse and fresh, rocking and atmospheric. Our favorite compliment from a fan at a recent show was, What do
you call that kind of music?
The idea of Wild Gift is pretty simple. Four friends get together in a room, shut out the rest of the world, put their heads down, and play music that they love.
Music that is imprinted on our hearts.

Artist History
Guitarist Joel Graves and drummer Bryan Giguere first began playing music together on weekends in their late teens in Fountain Valley, CA.
Joel moved to Los Angeles to get away from suburbia, where he became fast friends with Tustin transplant Dominic DiSaia while attending UCLA. Both Graves and DiSaia
decided to replace daydreaming in lecture halls with working at record labels and recording studios, just to be around music. Sharing extremely similar musical tastes,
it was only a matter of time until DiSaia picked up a bass and stepped in to join Bryan and Joel in weekend meetings to play music. The trio set forth to create instrumental
music simply for the sake of making music. As Dominic describes it, We just wanted to make a good foundation really tight, powerful music.
Joey Pistoresi grew up in Madera and Santa Cruz in Northern California. After starting on a $24 classical guitar, Joe began on his first electric guitar that came as a gift
from his parents for high school graduation. He quickly learned to play the Nirvana song, About a Girl. Shortly thereafter, he started a band with his brother Keith on
bass and a friend on drums. Eventually the band unraveled and Joe formed another band, this time with
more success. His new combo, Samsara, began to build a good following in the Santa Cruz area. After moving to LA the members of Samsara went there own way.
Joey, Joel, and Dominic met for breakfast resulting in Wild Gift crystallizing in September of 2000. The chemistry was there from the very first practice. When Joey, Dominic, Joel, and Bryan get into a room together, something special happens.
