Artist History Awakened by a spooky doll in the middle of the night, Sputterdoll has been rocking the bay area since October 2001. Certain doll parts needed a fix in the summer of 2002 and now back in full form, Sputterdoll is one again, showing up in garages and clubs and everything in between. The forces of the doll are backed by three dorks who like punk rock, indie rock, and britpop. The flawed doll is on the loose and running around with its choice of musical weapons, not a care in the world where it ends up using them.
