Artist History It all started one afternoon gettin chased with a shotgun. Then years later, hip hop was important, Before sprite WAS hip hop, ha. I started makin beats, if they could be called that. A year later, here i stand. Little did i know that the kid chasin me with a shotgun would become my teacher, As for john beats, trust me, i wouldnt have game up with a "unique" name like that on my own. When college started, i was known by my friends and descibed to people who didnt know me as "john who makes the beats." And John Beats was born. For a while, ive been emceeing. Still do. Gotta group.
