Artist description
Dustin, Bassist for Fellow Nameless, has taken his debut solo effort in a new direction from his band of 7 years, his minimalist style with his love of electronic sounds. Artist History
Originaly from London Ontario, Dustin now resides in Toronto. At age of 3 he touched his a piano, becoming his first (but not last) addiction in life. From classical piano lessions he moved onto classical violin, which he studied for 6 years. Dustin started his venture into electronic music at age 13, when he studied his first course in MIDI applications. After studying rudiments of drums and percussion with a private teacher, Dustin settled into the instrument he set out to learn since the 5th grade: Bass, which he plays in his musical mainstay Fellow Nameless. Rounding out his musical education with Royal Conservatory music theory courses and Recording Engineering diplomas from Fanshawe College's Music Industry Arts Program, Dustin is now working at McClear Digital Recording Studios in downtown Toronto. All of this has set the stage for Dustin to complete his first solo record, begining to end, entirely on his own; except for the multitude of guest musicians Dustin invites to perform with him. |
