Artist History PowerPlay was originally formed in 1989 in Ft. Worth, TX, and after winning MCMA (Metroplex Country Music Association) Band of the Year and MCMA Keyboard player of the Year in that area, had some personel changes and reappeared in the Austin, Tx. area.
