Artist History Formed in October of 1997 in Chicago, IL. Collectively the members of O3 have more than a decade of live and studio experience. After having played only a handful of shows in Chicago, O3, citing irreconcilable personal and artistic differences, pulled the plug on the O3 project. Lead singer Jay has moved on with new bands XSEED and Satellite Motel and is currently co-writing material with veteran singer/songwriter and father, J.B. Skye. The other members of O3 are also pursuing other ventures, drummer Brian Jakubosky is currently performing with the band Stuntcat and working on "The End" project with longtime friend and poet Paul. The O3 name, logo, and The Shape Records are trademarks of The Shape Entertainment Group.
