Artist History Jacquie hails from southern Louisiana, right down the road from Britney Spears' home town of Kentwood. JACQUIE has performed with her band in front of huge crowds at festivals, Mardi Gras balls, "backroads" bars, college-student hangouts, and high school auditoriums filled to capacity. She often performs unplugged versions of her songs at taverns and private parties. JACQUIE lives for performing before live audiences. "When they (the audience) are clapping, singing along, and dancing in the aisles, I forget that I'm on stage. It feels like a big party," she says.
