Artist History
Inspired by a mutual love for the restrepo's corn dogs and twinkies, this group of young musicians set out to conquer the airwaves in their own style. Sullivan supports a unique blend of musical backgrounds by boldly mixing guitar, bass, drums, and vocals to create a sound all their own (which they have began to call "rock"). This unusual pairing of instruments produces a beat driven, distorted symphony thickened by funky bass grooves and powerful vocal attacks. here's how it all came about...
Growing up in the upper/middle class suburbs of houston wasn't easy for anyone during the hard times of the early 1990's. In an attempt to keep off of the streets (and sidewalks), a trio emerged consisting of jeremy-bass, ricky-guitar and justin-drums. they played metallica songs until dinner time, gigged at their own birthday parties and played at a coffee shop. Yes, it was pretty lame. and so the legacy began...
They broke up, went to different colleges (kinda), experienced more of the great state of texas, then moved back to houston. our trio was now joined with the vocal aerobics of sam and the musical variety show of bobby. songs were written, demo's were made, shows were played, battle of the bands were won, and groupies/roadies were acquired. the only thing left is a record deal... |
