Artist History Silent Decree was founded in 1997 by David Cooper, Jason Dixon, and George Ratchford in the town of Louisville, GA. These three began to make a name for themselves in Statesboro, and grew through the Southeast. They were joined in 2000 by Justin Manning, from Athens, GA. They have been ripping the South ever since.
