Artist description
Recently graduated from Berklee College of Music
with a degree in Songwriting & Guitar Performance,
Jeff Miller released his first solo ep, Flash, in
June of 2001. His first full-length album, Trying to
be Cool, has just been completed, was released on
September 24th, 2002. Flash is now only available
on special order for $15.00 (+ S&H). Contact
stylesmiller@juno.com for information. The album
Shootie is also available (for $10 + S&H), and was
released in the summer of 1998, while Jeff was part
of the band Did You Get Hit by the Door? Coshodede
Airplane. Jeff is currently playing at
restaurants, coffee houses, and bars in the
Pittsburgh area. |

Artist History
1995-1997 - Jeff performs vocals, guitar, and bass
for Did You Get Hit by the Door? Jefferson Airplane.
- Performs vocals, violin, and mandolin
with Love Bundles.
1997 - Releases first cd, a collection of live
performances called Armchair Elegance, as part
of Did You Get Hit by the Door? Jefferson Airplane
1998 - Did You Get Hit by the Door? Coshodede Airplane
releases its first studio album, Shootie, while Jeff
is simultaneously attending Berklee College of Music
in Boston, MA.
1999 - Jeff plays along with Stephan Sharp for part
of the summer at Lake Champion, NY. www.stephansharp.com
- Solo career begins in the fall with
normal stints at the Leaf & Bean.
2000 - Various recitals and shows at Berklee.
2001 - Guitarist for Boston Conservatory's production
of Hair. Directed by Alyssa Koblentsk.
- Various recitals and shows at Berklee.
- First solo EP, Flash, is released in the
summer.
- Recorded guitar for Mike Schmid's debut album,

- Jeff is invited to be part of the MIT Songwriting
Club's first compilation, and 'Underground' makes
its way onto the compilation.
- Various shows in Pittsburgh and Boston /
Cambridge.
- Graduates Summa Cum Laude from Berklee, with
a bachelor's in Performance and Songwriting.
2002 - Jeff returns to Pittsburgh to play solo acoustic
shows at the local coffee shops, Market Square, and
Borders locations. Also performs in first radio
broadcast, for the Morgantown Sound Show.
- Releases solo debut album, Trying to be Cool,
on September 24th. |
