Music Style Orchesrtal, chamber, and contemorary solo percussion

Artist History Having studied piano and orff as a child, Erin began studying percussion in 1991. She attended DePaul University in Chicago, IL, where her majors included Applied Performance in Percussion and Music Business. Under the influence of teachers Michael Green, Al Payson, Fred Selvaggio, Ken Krohn, Kevin Lepper, and Susan Powell, Erin has experienced a wide range orchestral and chamber repretoire. She now dedicates her performance endeavors to raising awareness of percussion as a solo and chamber entity, and bringing new works to the concert hall, and hopes to continue formal education in the field sometime in the future.
