Artist History
Path of no return started in December -00 by four youngsters who wanted to get the hardcore scene in their area going again. When the Swedish hardcore scene weren't heading in the direction that we wanted we just thought, let's do something about it! We saw that the whole D.I.Y concept kinda melt away and the really good promising Swedish underground demo bands just quit playing music and started going to discos and shit. So we started to rehearse and making a whole bunch of songs in the vein of Madball and No innocent victim. We soon recorded a four-song demo cd called "Loyalty remains" and we sold about 200 copies in a couple of months. We were all very happy to get that support but we soon got tired of that demo and wanted to record some new songs again.
In June 2001 we recorded and mixed 7 new songs in three days. The purpose with this record was to let everyone get the chance to hear us without paying more than necessary. We selling this record for 10 SEK (which is about 1 dollar) so we won't make any kind of profit by selling it. Our latest demo was recorded in April 2002, and the purpose with this record was to let our friends and a couple of festivals hear some of our new material. We'll probably record some more new songs for a full length album this summer, but nothing's confirmed yet, keep your eyes open...
