Artist History
I'm a solo artist with 10 years experience on the drums, 9 years on the guitar, and been singing about 9 as well.
The best way to describe my music is Rock N' Roll with a hint of a Country twist.
I live in Bountiful, UT. I have a beautiful wife and 2 little boys.
Discovered my musical talent in the 4th grade when my mom bought me a snare drum to play in the school band.
I then slowly pieced together a double-bass drum set. None of the drums matched- but it was all I had.
I played in a few bands in high-school... but never played publically.
In college, I sold my drumset to buy my first guiter. This was 1992. I sat down and practiced for about 5 hours a day.
I quickly became proficient with the guitar- and fell deeply in love with it. I started writing my own music.
My first song was "CRAZY". - and it was written within 2 months of learning the guitar.
I then graduated college, got married, got a divorce, and bought enough musical equipment so I could start playing live shows.
I moved to Utah- and began playing in local bars and clubs. My very first live performance was at the Hard Rock Cafe' in Salt Lake City.
Since I met Brooke (wife)- my live performances have been put on the back burner and now spend my time songwriting. |
