Artist description
More than a singing group, Gospel One is an outreach music ministry whose music reaches into the dark places of our nations cities with songs that inspire, uplift and encourage those who are lost to turn their lives around by surrendering to Jesus. Themselves redeemed from past lives of backward living, they stand as living testimonies to the glory of God's restoration power. Formed on Isa 61:1 Gospel One is a ministry called forth for times such as these. Their music finds it's ways into back alleys, crack alleys, prisons, rehabs and juvenile correctional facilities. Every song is based on the unadulterated Word of God and as such does not return unto the Lord void but accomplishes everything it sets out to do..."setting the captives free" To those within the Body of Christ Gospel One is like a breath of fresh air, approaching gospel music with their own unique blend of RnB,jazz, soulful ballads, funk with a touch of latin and classical.
