Artist History
Formed in 1993 in Isla Vista CA, Dr. Propane featured the songwriting of George Franks, formerly of the Boston-based band The Returnables. After playing the Santa Barbara and LA club scenes for several years, and releasing 2 tapes, Dr. Propane disbanded in 1996. FOC Records will soon be re-releasing the surf/pop/punk masterpiece "This Won't Hurt A Bit" on CD. |
