    Artist History
Darkside Chapel was formed in summer of 2001, the product of a now broken up thrash metal band. The Bassist (Sean) and lead guitarist (Joe) finding a common musical interest set out to create brutal American Black Metal. Joining forces, they wrote and recorded the namesake of the band "Darkside Chapel" (currently not available). After a rough copy was recorded they resumed to write and record two more songs currently on the "Bleeding Winds..." Demo tape. "From a Blackened Past" and "The Bleeding Winds of Winter". These songs are a true testament to the passion towards Black Metal. They were written in a mere 10 min. each and are reminiscent of Norwegian Black Metal. After these landmark songs were written D.C created 5 more brutal songs of hatred. Constantly writing new songs and gaining new ground Darkside Chapel plans to enter a studio to record a full-length album. We are an unsigned band, however, Dark Forest productions may distribute our first cd. The rough demo “The Bleeding Winds of Winter” is available on tape.
