Press Reviews
Top punkoid tuneage from Plymouth University's only band of buzz saw credibility. Some may know the 'Cartel only by the shambolic live show at the cooperage hinted, there's a slew of brilliant, melodic, mid-paced raspy rock'n'roll vignettes on offer, rooted in 1977 and verging on 'In Utero'-period Nirvana at times. They keep it simple, memorable, angry and punchy. A fine example of doing the right punk rock thing.- Scene Magazine May, 2001 |
