This classic metal quartet from upstate Utica, NY followed in the mighty footsteps of forebears such as Judas Priest and Iron Maiden, skillfully imbuing this lean, mean, martial brand of metal with cutting lyrics, often employing Native American themes and mythologies, and voracious guitar riffs. |

Artist History
Recorded in late 1992 by local metal maestro Bob Acquaviva (later to produce B.O.C. among others), the eponymous Christ Function CD was never officially released, and is publically heard here in its entirety for the first time. Later attempts to ambitiously set the "Frankenstein" myth to music sadly failed to come to fruition, and the band dissipated. Yet their incisive, muscular music remains as a potent legacy. |
