Artist History
Born in the late 40's or early fifties, Eamon was immediatley whisked out of his native Ireland before he could suffer the misfortune of developing a brogue. He spent his formative years in the care of what may, or may not have been relatives in Western Canada. He escaped to the United States in an effort to avoid the Draft Dodger invasion of the late Sixties. He began studying music under the guiding hand of the somewhat unknown Poz Distilaghen, Master of the Celtic Hammer and Tuned Anvils. Finding difficult to get work in this style, (As well as finding it difficult to find an appropriate case for 88 tuned anvils and the various hammers necessary to create the range of tones required. ) he decided to learn guitar. After a brief career as a "Folk Singer", he enterred the Dereckliad Monastery of Anahiem where he has been in seclusion until the Dawn of the New Millenium. He has now emerged from the monastery (As a fully anointed Chreznel Metfuerel) with his music to bestow upon the masses. As he spake, on the First Day of his Regurgitation, "It is not that which sounds the noise, but the noise which causes the Ediface to tremble and divide unto the birds which filleth the air with their droppings." Hear Now are the Sounds of the Metfuerel in All Their Contents. Ladies and Gentlemen - Behold, Eamon Walsh! |
