Artist History Disturbing the Peace was formed on March 21, 1992 in a garage in Anaheim. The band ended exactly one year later in a back yard in the same city. Over that one year, the band members wrote close to thirty songs and put together several cassette demos. Later, in 1995, the band reunited breifly to re-record "To Whom It May Concern" for an ill-fated comp. Though the compilation never came out, the song did appear on the Novemberfest Four compilation cassette.
