Artist History
Born and raised in Salem, Oregon, singer/songwriter Drea possesses a voice that has been described as soulful, sensual and endearing. Influenced by Stevie Wonder, Erykah Badu, Sarah Vaughn, and Pink Floyd amongst others, Drea is currently a session singer in Los Angeles (credits include Amerecord, Y.G. Entertainment (Seoul, Korea), The Tao Of Groove, Delta Entertainment/Score Productions, ABBA DJ (Demola Records/Latin Music Entertainment) and Kriztal Entertainment) and performs her own material regularly throughout greater LA. An affiliate of B.M.I., Drea has been involved in numerous bands and is now embarking on her first solo project. Constantly inspired by her favorite lyric, “We’re just two lost souls swimmin’ in a fish bowl year after year”, Drea writes and records her own music, as well as co-writes and co-produces. L.A. Jazz Scene (August 2003) - "Miller's delivery is soft and sensual, almost hypnotic. She sings with confidence". |
