Artist History
The Remnants was formed in September 1999. The name of the band alludes to the "faithful remnant" in Old Testament Israel; we want to be faithful like them, especially in trying times. However, the name actually arose from the fact that this band was created from the fragments of other bands at FBC (the names "The Leftovers" and "The Misfits" were only briefly considered).
Their first CD, "Lift You Up", consists of the following songs: To Worship You; To My King; Blessed Are You; Soar; Lift You Up; God Is Good; We Praise Your Name; His Love Endures Forever; How Many Times; Thank You; Amen (The Lord Will Come Again); Every Knee Will Bow.
