Artist History New Tattoo formed in "91". Things seem to click pretty fast and the next thing you know the band was in the recording studio and put out a cd named "No Bones About It". New Tattoo has performed with several national acts including Savatage, Quiet Riot, Blackfoot, just to name a few. The song "Give and Take" was produced by Jon Oliva of Savatage.
