Artist History Rob Stainback (vocals) and Troy Kish (guitars) were introduced by a mutual drummer friend, Ryan Bageard, in December of 1999. The three started writing songs and playing for family and friends. Due to creative differences, Ryan left the band and Rob and Troy continued writing. Troy's longtime friend and drummer Joey Zale pitched in his drumming services and Article 19 began recording songs at home studios. Joey's main band, Incoming, helped out with certain musical parts in some of the recordings and also help out in live performances. Article 19 has now completed their first cd and are going through the marketing process.
