Artist History
Since The Renfields were formed in 1988, they have released at least six albums, singles, and compilations and have played hundreds of live shows. They began their time in DeKalb Illinois playing countless parties and bars. The band then hooked up with several other local bands and released the DeKalb Compilation, "On A Clear Day You Can See Byron." Soon The Renfields relocated to Chicago where they released their first album in 1992, "Spring-heeled Jack." The Renfields in 1994 teamed up with The Glenrustles and released a split 7" ep. In 1995 the band released "Sounds of Romance Sounds of Horror." 1996 brought the releases of "The Renfields Walk Among US." Right Now the newest Release, with the single soon to be available at mp3.com, the Tank Abbott extended single. This 4 song single is now available and the feature track will very soon be available here. The Renfields continue to play live and thrill the crowds. |
